Hi Bob, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that Marshall's honesty and thoroughness helped you feel confident in your decision. It's always our goal to provide honest advice, whether it's time for a new roof or if your current one still has life left in it. We're glad the installation went smoothly once the weather cooperated, and it's great to hear everything held up well during the recent stormy days. From all of us at Penfolds Roofing and Solar, thank you for trusting us with your home.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you’re satisfied with the garage roof replacement and the care our team took with the clean-up. At Penfolds Roofing & Solar, we take pride in providing top-notch service from start to finish. We’ll be sure to pass along your appreciation to the team. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations, as we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Regarding the issues you experienced, we want to clarify that the leaks were caused by a defective product that we were not initially aware of. However, as soon as the issue was identified, we responded promptly to address and resolve it. Each time you reached out to us, our team returned calls and took action as quickly as possible. We also want to note that the leaks occurred in an internal gutter outside of the house and did not impact the interior of your home. Additionally, your roof was a large, steep installation with built-in gutters, and our team worked efficiently to complete the project within 4–5 working days while keeping you informed throughout the process. That said, we sincerely regret that debris was left behind and that personal items were left on your property. This is not the standard we hold our team to, and we have since addressed this internally to ensure it does not happen again. Our goal is always to provide top-quality workmanship and service, and while we appreciate your feedback, we do wish your experience had been more in line with the high standards we strive for. If there’s anything further we can do to address your concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
