the roofers were very responsible looking after my property and the neighbors and completed the project in a timely manner.

Repeat customer after previous roof lasted 24 years. Prompt service, quality work and materials and safe operations on sloped roof. Friendly crew answered all questions and addressed all concerns. Thanks for your efforts. Will be a repeat customer again
Thank you very much, Michael. It's not just our workmanship that we are diligent with maintaining. We are one of the very few COR Certified roofing companies and our crews abide by all safety requirements. We're very glad to have been part of your roofing project. All the best, until we work together again!
Aside from the backlog accrued during the pandemic, Penfold did a great job.
They took care of all issues with my neighbours. The work progress rapidly and any issues I may have had were dealt with.
When I look back at my whole experience with them; I would hire them again.
Thank you Guy. We're thankful the pandemic, along with it's challenges are in the past. Asides from a few delays, our best-in-the-industry crews were busy taking care of customers and various projects to ensure our high quality installation requirements were always upheld. We're really proud to hear that our expertise shone through!
The roofing team was incredible. Never seen any crew work so efficiently!!
This is the second time we’ve had Pennfolds do our roof and the first one lasted longer than expected. We are completely satisfied and recommend them 100%!
Thank you John and Lorelei. I had to look back to see who the crew was - it was Greg's crew. Yes, they are incredible! It's great when we have so many professional, hard working crews that I wasn't sure which crew completed your roofing project. High quality products and expert installers are definitely factors that help roofs last longer. We're thankful to have been part of your re-roofing projects!
I went with Penfolds because of their warranty. Glad I did.. due to defective asphalt shingles the roof showed premature wear and they honored the warranty and replaced the whole roof.
We have the BEST warranty protection in the roofing industry for a reason! We know a roof is a big project and want to ensure our customers are protected. Even though manufacturer defects are rare, it's unfortunate when it happens. We were glad to have helped review the issues and ensure your roof was replaced. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, Xander.
