We just had our roof done with Penfolds Roofing. We weren't sure if we were going to go with them, but we received such quality service from Luke Mukar (Technical Advisor) that we became convinced that we did not need to look any further. Luke explained the product, found us the best price, and kept in contact throughout the roofing project. Thanks to the whole team.
Thanks for taking the time to share such positive feedback, Charlotte. We have many great team members that managed your project including Technical Advisors (like Luke - I'll pass this on to him), our Project coordinators to keep your project moving along, and of course our great roofers! Thanks for your review and we really appreciate having you as a customer!
Very good company
Thanks very much for your review, Kanish!
I called Penfolds Roofing because I came home to a house that was probably 120F to 130F even with an air conditioner running and I was worried about what would happen to my house. I was very impressed with the level of service and pertinent advice
Thanks very much for your feedback, Dorthy. Sorry we could help with your project, but I'm please to hear how our team was able to provide you information about your situation which hopefully made it easier for you to locate a team to complete any necessary repairs. Thank you for considering Penfolds and we're always glad to help in any way we can!
Luke and the Penfolds team has been amazing. They were patient with our requests and concerns. They presented options and were flexible with our situation (very busy work and family life). Quality of work and product is amazing. To me trust is everything since it can be a very large expense to care for. It was great to have someone you can trust and the team that backs it with knowledge and quality products with options. I would highly recommend them and look forward to other work they do f...
