I was woken up by my dog barking and hearing voices outside my window, when I looked outside there was a man on my roof. I asked them what they were doing and they said they were here for Penfolds doing a courtesy inspection on roofs previously done by the company. They said I should have gotten an email notice of the inspection and that they knocked on the door but no one answered. The person who got Penfolds to do the roof, and the person they contacted, no longer lives in this house and despit... Covid definitely created operational challenges. We are really happy everything went well. When we have great crews, it's much easier to overcome any challenges, like covid. We hope you are enjoying your roof!

Super service! Thank you Gabor & David for your thorough follow-up inspection of our asphalt roof shingles which Penfolds replaced 12 years ago. Sure appreciate you replacing 4 sun-eroded vent seals as a preventative measure (there were no leaks). All at no cost to us! Thank you TEAM Penfolds!! Cheers! Ernie & Linda Smith

High winds, heavy rains, and unwelcome water in our dining room. Called Penfolds Roofing Vancouver early Tuesday and was encouraged by receptionist Tumi's attentive care and responsiveness. Experienced and personable roofers Phil and Ian arrived next morning. They listened attentively, thoroughly inspected the leak area, attic and roof, and, in a few hours, scrupulously fixed the problem. We appreciate Penfold's employees in the office and on the roof; we applaud their prompt, efficient teamw... Read more

Penfolds has a great team of professionals that made the whole experience from beginning to end really easy and stress free. We appreciate the workmanship - including the free tarp service until our roof was ready to be installed and the great cleanup after the job was complete. Would recommend Penfolds without hesitation. Thank you Penfolds Team it's really nice to not worry what's going to leak when the skies open up.
