Penfolds installed 14 PV solar panels on the roof of my home back in 2016, then another 14 in 2017. Staring from negotiation, through communication, installation, and finally commissioning the PV system was prompt, detailed, and very professional. They communicated in advance when is their team going to deliver and install PV panels. Thanks so much Karen. We were so pleased to take on your project and after all these years, we're proud to hear the roof on your complex continues to perform, as intended. So many of our professional team members do such a great job to step up and take care of our customers, and the individuals you commended are consistently a great example of how our teams always come together to provide the best service. We provide the best warranty in Vancouver to protect customers for issues that may arise and glad this helped address your issue and give you continued peace of mind.

I was very happy with Penfolds’ service. The crew completed the replacement of our roof in 2 days. I was satisfied with the work done. I referred Penfolds to a family member and they also did a great job on their roof replacement.

Excellent service from Penfolds - this is our second roof from their company and we have been extremely happy with both experiences (the other was 23 years ago!). The crew was polite, hard-working and cleaned up the job-site at the end of every day. We highly recommend Penfolds.
