From first contact to last, the Penfold's team were great. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The crew who replaced the roof worked unbelievably hard. I am amazed at what they accomplished in the time they were here - I expected the job to take at least 2 days longer. The job site was cleaned up every day. At completion, other than a beautiful new roof, you could not tell they had been here. I would highly recommend Penfold's to anyone considering a new roof.
I used Penfolds for my roofing needs when I built my last house 10 years ago. I was very pleased with the quality of their torched on roof membrane work.
When I did a major renovation work to my new house recently, I again retained their roofing service. This time was for metal roof. Again, I was happy with their work.
In both instances, their staffs were punctual, courteous and professional in the execution of the work. I would use Penfolds again should the roofing requirement arise in future... Read more
