Called for a repair on my roof. I have a hole from a tree. Not a dent but hole through the plywood. They want to put you in line with those who can wait to replace your roof. No sense of urgency. 8 days just to look at it? Update - someone did call back and apologized for the answer I was given. Certainly was not due to a lack of me trying to be clear about a, "hole in the roof." Increase 1 star for recognition after the fact.
