This was a great experience from beginning to end. No hard core sales tactics at all which was great. The technician was exceptional and treated my home like it was his own. Update- The technician failed to disclose that we could see bed bugs activity for up to 30 days after a 1,000 dollar treatment.I learned this after taking my 79 year old mother to a hotel overnight and spending over 1 thousand dollars on a new mattress set. Hello Larry, sorry to see the update you posted here. We have tried to call you back to discuss this more. There is information on our preparation sheet explaining that you may see bed bugs for 2-3 weeks since some are in hiding and it takes time for them to come out and come into contact with the material we applied. Once they come into contact with the material, they will gradually die. It is not necessary to stay in a hotel as the material has a residual effect and is still working.
