After researching this company and seeing in their website that they serviced my area in HarCo, I contacted them. Their response was quick and very friendly on the phone.
However, they told me that even though my location was listed on their website, traveling 28 miles was too far for them. Especially since they service the zip code right next to me.

We do have customers in Harford County and are trying to gain more in that area, however it is still a challenge for us to get to certain towns and neighborhoods that are a little out of the way when the technicians' schedules are pretty tight for next week.
