From the first contact by telephone, everyone at Walker’s is keenly interested in providing service. The estimate procedure is very detailed and each item is discussed in depth. I felt comfortable with all the workers who were friendly and confident about what they were doing. If I asked for an additional service such as disconnecting aerial wires, it was done without question. Right from the first meeting the Walker Team was very professional everything discussed was completed on time and to perfection. There were no surprises.
