I had Roof-tastic come out to quote me on a window replacement. I personally think the amount of time they spend "selling" is overkill. The rep was at my house for 2.5 hours. In that time I was presented PowerPoints, watched sales videos, etc. I also am not a fan of the start high and then offer "discounts" sales tactic.
