Mr. and Mrs. D have been battling with their insurance company to repair the roof. They had PGRS repair it 6 Months ago and the HOA said the shingle match wasn't going to work. Jose the consultant explained to her, the HOA, and the insurance company that there was no close match and for that reason a full replacement was the correct solution. After going back and forth with the insurance carrier Jose was finally able to get them to agree to a full roof replacement. Mr. and Mrs. D are very happy to have found a company that cares about their customers. They now have a beautiful new IKO Dynasty Architectural Roof in the color Granite Black
