Come take a look. He met Jose, his consultant who inspected the leak. Jose determined the leak was coming around a pipe boot. While he was doing his inspection he saw some slight deterioration from some sealant on the roof. Jose recommended we re-seal all the counter flashing on the home, as perform a roof maintenance to ensure they get the maximum life out of they’re roof. They have had several rains, and the home is leak free once again.
