Mr. and Mrs. G got their roof replaced about 10 years ago. At the time, the contractor insisted on going over the existing roof to save on costs. They didn't know any better and agreed. Now 10 years later they have several leaks. They called multiple companies but none wanted to take the time out, they just wanted to email an estimate. They called Roof-Tastic & Beyond Exteriors. Jose met Mr. and Mrs. G and listened to their concerns. Jose inspected the attic, which no one had done, and found the extent of the damage. There had to be a lot of decking repairs made due to the 2 layers failing. Jose explained why you never go over a roof, and showed them the process. Jose walked them through it all. He even met the insurance adjuster and was able to get a new roof approved for the homeowners. They knew Jose had gone above and beyond their expectations so when it came to choosing a company the decision was easy. They now have a beautiful 3 Tab Roof System, with all new fiber cement siding on the chimney, and a new chimney pan and shroud.
