Mr. and Mrs. W were in need of a roof inspection after a hail storm. Once inspected, it was evident that the roof had major damage. They called their insurance company and the adjuster was able to approve a roof and gutter replacement for the home. Now that the work has been completed, Mr. and Mrs. W are glad they decided to use a local company and are confident that they don't have to worry about it any more.

I hired Roof-Tastic & Beyond to do repairs on my roof, and they did a terrible job. The tiles they replaced look awful. My roof looks much worse than it did before the job. The tiles are not only a different color, but they are much thinner. It looks like a patchwork job. They removed the Dish antenna which didn't have any tiles missing around it, and replaced a big spot right on the front with uneven, thin shingles of a different color. I was so terribly disappointed.
I had a visit yesterday from Jeremy, project coordinator for Roof Tastics.
After inspection of my roof, The informed me that there was minimal damaged to any possible hail back in the spring. He recommended that no claim be made and advise me that my roof was in fairly good shape. It was nice to speak with him and get a honest evaluation of my roof.
