Mr. D called Rooftastic out to inspect his roof after a recent wind storm. He did have some displaced shingles and was wanting an estimate to repair the damaged pieces. When Jake arrived, he gave Mr. D the company background and explained in detail how the process would go. Upon inspection, Jake noticed the shingles had been high nailed and from previous experience Jake shared with Mr. D that the damage would more than likely not be covered by insurance, not because it wasn't a covered loss, but because the roof was installed improperly. Jake did further research and found multiple areas of incorrect installation and explained to Mr. D that this problem would not only persist in the future, but would end up costing thousands in repair each time to fix the issues. Mr. D in the end decided to replace his entire roof with a Landmark Pro Max Def Coastal Blue shingle with out own Lightning Lock fasteners to guarantee the shingles would not blow off with the wind again.
Justin met with Mr. M to discuss his gutter that had fallen off the home . Upon inspection Justin found that soffit and Fascia been ripped away had also been torn down. Justin found 2 other gutters that needed work and brought it to Mr. M's attention. He then presented replacement options to Mr. M and Mr. M decided to move forward with Justin and RoofTastic the same day. Once the job was completed Mr. M was satisfied.
