Ms. A lived in an independent senior community, and her home was in need of a new roof. Her son was attempting to assist her from out of state, but they were having a hard time finding a qualified and trustworthy contractor to take care of the job. After a few weeks of searching, Ms. A came across a Rooftastic yard sign in the community of her friends home. She informed her son, who immediately called their office. Within a few days, Ms. A met with local project consultant John Canning who was patient with her and walked through every single step of the process. John also arranged a zoom call with her son to provide the same information and peace of mind he wanted in hiring a company for such an important event. Ms. A had her roof done within a week with the new OC Supreme roof replacement, with the great Estate Gray color, and she has the best looking roof in the community!

Mr. F was experiencing a leak in his main bathroom so Tim stopped by for an inspection. After a thorough inspection Tim found the leak to be coming from a deteriorated pipe boot. Now that Mr. F has new pipe collars installed and all his exposed fasteners sealed up he won't have to worry about leaks in the immediate future.
