            Ariel was was thorough with his inspection and took plenty of time showing me photos of the repairs needed around my chimney and vent boot replacement. He explained in detail the processes used for repair. He was very polite and thoughtful.

Ariel gave a complete explanation of what the problem was and how his company would address the repairs. Ariel and Roof-Tastics checked with the maker of shingles to see if they still made the shingle on the original roof. Ariel and Roof-Tastic offered to do additional maintenance work at no added cost.
