Job story:
Mr. and Mrs. L sustained some damage to their home due to a neighboring fire. They weren't sure if they wanted to replace the siding with new vinyl or upgrade the siding to Hardie. Once Cameron explained the installation process, Mr. and Mrs. L decided it would be best to go ahead and make a change. Additionally, they needed a window replaced because it was damaged as well. Now that they have a beautiful new look to their home and have upgraded siding, they couldn't be happier with their decision.

Mr. and Mrs. G had a few leaks coming in on their home. They called PGRS out and Davin met with them to give them a full inspection. After review of the inspection they had shingles falling off of the roof due to high nailing, pipe boots rotting out, ridge vent on its last leg, and other issues with their roof. After reviewing all of this with them they decided it was time for them to replace the roof. They decided to go with a CertainTeed Landmark Pro Charcoal Black roofing system so they will never have to worry about their roof ever again!

I hired Roof-Tastic & Beyond to do repairs on my roof, and they did a terrible job. The tiles they replaced look awful. My roof looks much worse than it did before the job. The tiles are not only a different color, but they are much thinner. It looks like a patchwork job. They removed the Dish antenna which didn't have any tiles missing around it, and replaced a big spot right on the front with uneven, thin shingles of a different color. I was so terribly disappointed.
I had a visit yesterday from Jeremy, project coordinator for Roof Tastics.
After inspection of my roof, The informed me that there was minimal damaged to any possible hail back in the spring. He recommended that no claim be made and advise me that my roof was in fairly good shape. It was nice to speak with him and get a honest evaluation of my roof.
