Mr. and Mrs. C had moved in about a year ago. Their HOA had asked them about getting their roof replaced within the last few months and they finally got around to having someone come out. Upon inspection we found that the roof was in rough shape. We also found a couple of issues with the gutters as well. Now they have a brand new architectural roof with 6" seamless gutters and our LeaFree gutter protection.

I hired Roof-Tastic & Beyond to do repairs on my roof, and they did a terrible job. The tiles they replaced look awful. My roof looks much worse than it did before the job. The tiles are not only a different color, but they are much thinner. It looks like a patchwork job. They removed the Dish antenna which didn't have any tiles missing around it, and replaced a big spot right on the front with uneven, thin shingles of a different color. I was so terribly disappointed.
I had a visit yesterday from Jeremy, project coordinator for Roof Tastics.
After inspection of my roof, The informed me that there was minimal damaged to any possible hail back in the spring. He recommended that no claim be made and advise me that my roof was in fairly good shape. It was nice to speak with him and get a honest evaluation of my roof.
