Mrs. S had a door knocker roofer come by her house about a year ago, they convinced her to call her insurance company to see if they would approve her roof replacement. After the adjuster came out, they did not cover the roof. A year later, Mrs. S was ready to get her roof and skylights replaced before any leaks happened.
