When a roofing company knocked on Mr. B’s door, they warned him about hail damage on his roof and urged him to file an insurance claim immediately. Something didn’t feel right, though. Mr. B wanted to be sure there was real damage before involving his insurance.
To get a trusted second opinion, he called RoofTastic. Ariel arrived promptly and conducted a thorough inspection. After carefully checking the entire roof, Ariel came down with his findings.
“Good news, Mr. B—there’s no hail damage,” Ariel reported. “But I did find a couple of small leaks, and your chimney pan is leaking as well. If left unchecked, that could cause bigger issues down the road.”
Relieved that he hadn’t rushed into an unnecessary claim, Mr. B decided to move forward with the real repairs. Ariel and his team replaced the chimney pan and sealed up the small roof leaks.
By the end of the day, Mr. B’s home was secure, and he knew he had made the right call. Instead of filing a claim for damage that didn’t exist, he had addressed real issues with a reputable company.
