Mrs. G called Roof-Tastic out to inspect the windows around her home as she had noticed a few of the seals were beginning to sag and one window was cracked. When Jake arrived he did introduced himself to Mrs. G and provided a breakdown of exactly how the appointment was going to be ran. Jake walked Mrs. G through the inspection process as well as the demo and install. In the end Mrs. G admitted that she had a few other quotes but none of the reps were as detailed or knowledgeable around the process outside of the window itself. She decided that Roof-Tastic was the best option for her and moved forward with the window replacement the same day!

Ms. A was a previous Roof-Tastic customer who had a roof replacement done. She recently noticed more work was needed on her home due to rotted corner boards. After owning her current home for the last 6 years, her home has been relatively maintenance free. Recently, she had a roof leak and had the builder come out and do a repair for free. While they were on her roof, they noticed some shingles lifting due to poor installation and proceeded to drive nails through the top of the shingles so that Debby wouldn't see them long enough that they could get out of any warranty responsibility.
