Mrs. N, called Roof-Tastic & Beyond Exteriors, for an estimate for roof replacement. Jeremy met with her and provided an estimate for Landmark Pro shingles and gutter protection. Mr. M was looking to replace his roof prior to adding spray foam to his attic. Cameron arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection. There was an area of decking that was rotted that Mr. M wasn't aware of. 3 options were provided for different types of shingles, and Mr. M decided on the Landmark Pro in weathered wood. Now that the roof has been replaced, he knows he won't have to worry about the roof ever again!
Ms. J was having some issues with her old siding. She decided it was time to replace and called Roof-Tastic PGRS. Project Consultant Davin met her at her house to conduct an inspection and to go over her options. She decided to go with all new Hardie siding on the entire home with some fascia and soffit repairs. After adding that fresh look of paint on everything she was extremely happy that she never has to worry about her siding ever again!
Job Details: Full siding replacement. There are 3 sides of siding to the home. Partial replacement to wall face where chimney is as well as east side. For paint Ms. J went with the color Westchester Grey (SW 2849) on all siding, SW Pure White on all facia and soffit, and Rookwood Red (SW 2802) on all shutters.
This beautiful home in Sharpsburg Georgia went through a full exterior remodel! Homeowner Mrs. M had her roof replaced, siding replaced, and gutters replaced.
A little history on the home. The roof was last done around 2002 and last year the homeowner started to notice some of the shingles are starting to come loose. The homes siding was Hardie and the homeowners decided they wanted to go back to viny siding.
She decided to go with Certainteed Landmark Pro Shingles in the color Max Def Weathered Wood. For siding she went with Mastic Carvedwood Vinyl Siding in the color Sandstone. Since their gutters getting backed up was a problem, the homeowners decided to get the Leaf Free Gutter Protection in the color white.
Mrs. M had her initial appointment with us mid February and her entire house was completed by mid April.
