Roof is 15-16 years old. Has had a company tell him its got about 5-8 years left but he wants a second opinion as he is getting ready to add spray foam inside. Mr. B decided to go with the Certainteed Presidential Shake Shingles in the color Autumn Blend for his roof. On the side garage he decided to remove the pre-existing shingles and replace it with a Bronze Standing Seam Metal Roof. This homeowners initial appointment was in January and his roof was fully completed by the end of May.
