Mr. J was looking to fix his retirement home. The roof on his home was a metal roof that was over 100 years. He was wanting to go back with a shingle roof that would last him forever so that he would not have to worry about replacing it any time soon. After reviewing different contractors and different products, he decided to go with PGRS and went with a CertainTeed Landmark Pro roof, replacement replacing all of the decking to structurally make the foundation of the roof stronger.
