Mrs. I had a few companies out to look at her chimney that had been leaking since she has been in the home. They also got a roof replacement, but they had gone over the old shingles and the leak was still happening. She was looking for a solution to replace her roof and get the leaks taken care of once and for all. Ariel with Roof-Tastic came out and after his thorough inspection, he showed Mrs. I where the leaks were coming from and what Roof-Tastic was going to do to prevent that from happening in the future. Mrs. I decided to get her roof replaced with Roof-Tastic.
Mr. M was in need of new siding on his home. After researching different products, he decided that he wanted to go with a vinyl solution due to lack of maintenance and painting. Cameron provided different options and Mr. M decided that Carvedwood would be his best option. Additionally, the soffit and fascia needed to be replaced along with the gutters. Now that the project is complete, Mr. M had a beautiful new look to his home that is also maintenance free.
Mr. C's roof had seen its better days and knew he was in for a roof replacement soon. Being a former exterior remodeler, he knew he needed to get a few options and to always be weary of a price that seemed too good to be true. He also wanted to feel comfortable with the company and their representative since this was such a large investment, and if not one of the more important for the home. The first two companies he brought out were okay but were not exactly the fit he wanted. After a great inspection, thorough breakdown of the project, and and affordable price...Mr. C the new CertainTeed Landmark PRO HD Architectural Roof system and is super pleased with the "Moire Black" Shingle selection. During inspection, John also showed Mr. C the debris build up in the gutter system which lead him to install new Raindrop Gutter protection for the perimeter of the home, so no more ladders at all for the Mr. C in his future!!!
