Mr. E and his wife were ready to get their roof and gutters replaced. The existing roof was old and the gutters were full of debris and would overflow when it rained. They plan on staying in this home for a long time and were looking for a roof that would be the last one they would ever need to install and gutters that would never need to be cleaned out. They chose the Dynasty Roof in Driftshake along with the maintenance free gutter system. Now they have the best looking house in the neighborhood.

Mr. & Mrs. S have lived in their home for about 14 years now. The roof is original and they noticed that they were having a leak that was showing up on the ceiling in their living room. They called out to a contractor and the guy came out and was unable to identify the cause of the problem and was little to no help to Mr. S. There was decking that had buckled underneath the shingles causing water to enter. During Chase's inspection he also noticed that there were quite a bit of nail pops as well as damaged shingles. The roof was approaching the end of its life and doing a costly repair would wind up being more expensive in the long run. Chase recommended going ahead and replacing the roof that way it would be water tight and he is not worrying about it a couple months-years down the road. Mr. S also decided that he wanted to remove a downspout on the front of the house and replace the gutters that way it enhanced the curb appeal. Now Mr. & Mrs. S home is back to its beautiful state, and they have a home again that they can be proud of.

Mr. and Mrs. B were looking to replace the vinyl on their home. They called PGRS and Davin met them out to show them some options to make the home have more curb appeal.
