Mr. C had always dreamed of a standing seam metal roof, but thought it was out of his budget. After Ariel’s thorough inspection, he presented both options—shingles and standing seam metal. To Mr. and Mrs. C’s surprise, the price difference wasn’t as big as they expected, and with an easy monthly payment plan, Mr. C decided it was finally time to get the metal roof he’d always wanted for his forever home.

Tim was called out by Mr. W for a roof repair. After a thorough inspection, Tim discovered multiple active leaks, interior sheetrock damage, and concerns with the fascia, soffit, and a poorly pitched porch roof. On top of that, three aging skylights needed replacement.After reviewing all the options, Mr. W decided to move forward with a full roof replacement using a Landmark Pro Architectural Roof and three brand-new skylights. Now, with his upgraded roofing system, Mr. W can rest easy knowing his home is protected, watertight, and worry-free for years to come.

Justin met with Mr. W he was having issues with his roof leaking. Justin performed an inspection for Mr. W as well and during his inspection he found multiple leaks. Justin then presented multiple replacement options to Mr. W and he ultimately decided to go with a new landmark pro roof, after the roof was install installed and chimney pan was changed. Mr. W was very pleased.
