Justin met with Mr. S, he explained he had a few leaks in the house and that the roof was around 26 years old. He was looking to get a full replacement. He also mentioned that the two dormer windows were leaking as well as the chimney. Justin provided him with a full inspection, and found the source of the leaks. He built Mr. S an estimate after going over the issues, and explaining how Rooftastic would fix them. Mr. S decided to move forward the same day with Justin on all of the work he recommended.
