Mr. and Mrs. D had recently finished some new vinyl siding work on their home, and were ready to put the final touch on their home improvements, a new architectural shingle roof. They wanted a local company, with a great rating, and great customer service. After some thorough online research, they invited out John with Professional Grade Roofing & Siding, and that turned out to be the final call that was made. Mr. D has damage to his roof and gutters from a recent storm. He called insurance and was able to get some of the project covered. After some thorough conversation with the adjuster, PGRS was able to prove that all of his gutters needed to be replaced, not just portions of them. Now that the roof, gutters, and gutter protection has been installed, Mr. D couldn't be happier with the decision to have PGRS complete the work. Moreover, he was very impressed with Cameron's ability to discuss supplements with the insurance company and get the coverage that he really needed.
