Mr. G owns 3 homes that were passed down to him from his family. The tenants in one of the homes let him know that they had some roof leaks and put a tarp on the roof to minimize damage. After the proposal and explanation of the procedure was presented to Mr. G, he asked to get qualified for financing through Service Finance Company. Mr. G was quickly approved, and ready to get the water intrusion stopped. Now his tenants can cook food without worry of water dripping onto the electric range.
