Mr. and Mrs. H had some leaks from their roof and know that their roof is at least 15 years old. They had a couple of other companies come out, but really hadn't gotten pricing from them after 2 weeks from their visit. Roof-Tastic & Beyond Exteriors was referred to them by a neighbor who had had their roof replaced, and were extremely happy with the process. Once T.J. completed his inspection, and showed them all the options, they were a little surprised by the cost. They told T.J. where they thought the price would be versus where it was. T.J. was able to contact the owner of Roof-Tastic & Beyond Exteriors, Mr. Rollins, while sitting with Mr. and Mrs. H. They discussed right sizing the roofing project by taking out some of the elements of the roofing system to make the new roof very similar to their existing roof. Once the adjustments were made, Mr. and Mrs. H were at the price point where they felt comfortable. They now have a beautiful, leak-free roof in Estate Gray.
