Mr. and Mrs. R had an active leak appear in their upstairs hallway. After he checked it out he saw it had been going on awhile. He decided he needed to call the professionals out so he called Roof-Tastic (formerly PGRS) and project consultant Davin met him out to take a look at his concerns. After reviewing everything on his home he was thankful that we came out to look at everything. Davin found more than just the current leak he was having from his ridge vent! He had a bad power vent and chimney pan that needed to be replaced as well as the chimney needing to be re flashed. He was happy PGRS was thorough and that we brought everything to his attention so he can handle it all at once and no longer have to worry about his roof.
