Ms. E recently purchased her home and knew that the roof was old and in need of replacement. She saw reviews online for RoofTastic and Beyond and was confident that we would provide a quality service. Cameron gave her options although the HOA was limiting which things she could have a choice on. She decided on a beautiful new Landmark Pro roof in Weathered Wood. Now that the roof has been installed, Ms. E is confident that she will never have to worry about the roof again!

Ms. C was ready for some new windows in her home. She was noticing substantial heat and cold extremes through her windows over the last few years, as well as noticing drafts coming through during high winds. She truly searched high and low for a provider, with getting over 5 estimates on window providers. When a roofing company knocked on Mr. B’s door, they warned him about hail damage on his roof and urged him to file an insurance claim immediately. Something didn’t feel right, though. Mr. B wanted to be sure there was real damage before involving his insurance.

To get a trusted second opinion, he called RoofTastic. Ariel arrived promptly and conducted a thorough inspection. After carefully checking the entire roof, Ariel came down with his findings.

“Good news, Mr. B—there’s no hail damage,” Ariel reported. “But I did find a couple of small leaks, and your chimney pan is leaking as well. If left unchecked, that could cause bigger issues down the road.”

Relieved that he hadn’t rushed into an unnecessary claim, Mr. B decided to move forward with the real repairs. Ariel and his team replaced the chimney pan and sealed up the small roof leaks.

By the end of the day, Mr. B’s home was secure, and he knew he had made the right call. Instead of filing a claim for damage that didn’t exist, he had addressed real issues with a reputable company.
