Mrs. B and her husband were interested in an exterior remodel after having some questions regarding their roof. Davin met Mrs. B out at her home to hear her concerns. She was having some major concerns with bats in the gable vent on the sides of the home and she was having ridge vent issues with her roof and attic being extremely hot. Along with these issues she was wondering since starting a project like this if we could provide her a solution to fix the exterior portion of her home all the way around. After showing Mrs. B all of the different options she wanted to stick with a 3 tab roofing system Owens Corning Supreme Onyx Black. She fell in love with the Hardie Cedarmill Fiber Cement Siding with exterior painting using 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint. She will now have a beautiful home from the street that they will both enjoy forever.
