Mr. and Mrs. R have lived in their home for over 30 years. Over the years the cedar siding was weathering very rapidly. They had to paint every 2-4 years because the cedar wouldn't hold paint that well anymore. After finally having enough after the woodpeckers decided they had an appetite for cedar siding they decided to see what options of siding were available. They called PGRS who replaced the roof years prior. They met their consultant Jose to discuss the options. After dealing with painting their home so often, they wanted a product they didn't have to paint. Jose presented a vinyl option, but they preferred the fiber cement rot free siding. Jose discussed with them the Color Plus line. They discussed the 15 year warranty, and the paint application at the factory in a controlled environment. They were very interested in the color plus line. Jose presented an option to replace the exterior of the home with Color Plus siding, fascia, & soffit. They discussed the application process that the color plus line entails. After learning more about the color plus, they decided that was the perfect option for them and their home. They got all new James Hardie Color Plus cedarmill Siding in the color Monterey Taupe, with Cobblestone trim all around. They also got a new 6" seamless gutter system in the color Almond, with RainDrop gutter protection. They now have a beautiful rot free home that they won't have to paint every 2-4 years.
