Mr. & Mrs. S have lived in their home for about 14 years now. The roof is original and they noticed that they were having a leak that was showing up on the ceiling in their living room. They called out to a contractor and the guy came out and was unable to identify the cause of the problem and was little to no help to Mr. S. He then called out to PGRS and was super impressed with the professionalism from the company stemming all the way from the confirmation call. Chase their project consultant arrived on time and ready to assist in any way he could. Chase inspected everything and found the root of the leak. There was decking that had buckled underneath the shingles causing water to enter. During Chase's inspection he also noticed that there were quite a bit of nail pops as well as damaged shingles. The roof was approaching the end of its life and doing a costly repair would wind up being more expensive in the long run. Chase recommended going ahead and replacing the roof that way it would be water tight and he is not worrying about it a couple months-years down the road. Mr. S agreed and decided to go with the IKO Dynasty in Castle Gray.. a roof that boasts a 20 YEAR NON-PRORATER PERIOD with 100% coverage. Mr. S also decided that he wanted to remove a downspout on the front of the house and replace the gutters that way it enhanced the curb appeal. Now Mr. & Mrs. S home is back to its beautiful state, and they have a home again that they can be proud of.
