            I used PGRS to repair a leak in my roof caused by poor drainage. John Canning, the estimator, was very professional, he not only assessed the immediate damage but also determined the cause to prevent future damage. The repairmen were prompt and non-intrusive. I was kept informed of the when the repairmen would arrive.             John Canning met every requirement you could ask of a sales professional. He made appointments and showed up early for each one.
