            I recently had PGRS come and do a serious major overhaul on my old house. They removed my old 1975 siding and replaced the rotten wood behind it. Then they upgraded me to new Hardie siding. They fixed a lot of little things along the way too. Some of my window sills and other areas were rotting so they fixed them.             Called for an inspection to fix a leak in my roof. Ariel showed up the next day and did a thorough inspection. He showed me several smaller leaks and went over all the information he found. In the end, I decided to get a full roof replacement rather than try to patch the leak.
