This roof, covered under the homeowner's insurance plan, had much of its plywood and insulation replaced before being covered by GAF Shakewood asphalt shingles. We additionally improved the home's ventilation to increase the building materials' life expectancies.

We have to remove this 12-year old roof due to poor ventilation which was causing condensation and mold in the attic. We are removing the old plywood and then will install new wood decking along with proper intake and exhaust ventilation before reinstalling the new roof.

Pinnacle’s crew did a wonderful job on the flat roof of our sun parlor. The white membrane was a special order. The crew worked in “stocking feet” as they applied the “full adhesion” cement to the substrate and the membrane. I waited for the rain on 6/24/23 before writing this review. Pinnacle’s work restored the gentle slope of the roof to the wooden gutters of this 1928 gambrel colonial. Kudos also to the gentleman who delivered the dumpster!

We were very pleased with installation of our new roof. It looks great. It included the roof over the deck and the roof on our shed, They made the repairs that were needed and ensured all the previous leak points were correctly handled.
