Cole C showed up on time. He listened to my explanation of water intrusion into fireplace insert leak and then made inspection. He discussed his findings and what he proposed do as correction. Justin and Kevin did my bathtub to walk-in shower conversion and it turned out awesome. They were professional and worked hard to complete the project. Before starting the job, Justin reviewed the project to verify everything I wanted was correct in his work order and he explained their process. Once completed, Justin went over the completed conversion and reviewed and explained all the features of the walk-in shower including how to use the features.
