Out with the old tub and in with a new walkin shower. The installers were informative, friendly, hard working and super clean. It's amazing the whole job got done in 1 day. They replaced plumbing fixtures in the crawl space to ensure proper Drainage. In the am Brian explained, in order, what was going to get done step by step. We had an emergency with water soaking our second floor bedroom carpeting due to an ice jam/freezing/thawing. I was amazed that they sent a repair tech within two hours! Travis H. was the tech who came and did a thorough examination of all areas possibly related to the problem. His diagnosis was well documented with photos and clear explanations. I called for a repair. Unfortunately it was beyond the scope of work able to be provided but Matt was quick, informative and very helpful getting me in touch with a replacement team so I could continue with the project.
