We decided that with all the great reviews this would be a safe bet for our new rear back door and storm door. Salesman was nice but the sales pitch was long and well rehearsed. After haggling over the price and getting him to drop it over a $1,000 we signed the contract. Cole C showed up on time. He listened to my explanation of water intrusion into fireplace insert leak and then made inspection. He discussed his findings and what he proposed do as correction. He made repair and discussed fix. Only way to tell success is for future rain. Otherwise very happy with PJ Fitzpatrick and especially happy with interaction with Cole C.
