I contacted PJ for an estimate on a new roof. My sheathing was 3/8s thick over 24 in "studs". I had 2 whirly bird vents, one soffit, and two gable vents. The sheathing and the venting were what made me want a new roof altogether...and getting a company to guarantee the work for a long time is a supposed to be why you pay a premium. I would recommend PJ Fitzpatrick for house repairs. I needed the area around my windows wrapped with aluminum to cover the wood that was cracked. Not a big job, but very time consuming. Dyshon came and gave an estimate for the work which was reasonable. He came out again to do the work which involved a lot of measuring and cutting. I am pleased with the work done and would call Dyshon again for any future repairs.
