The workers who installed my shower and windows were professional and was finished the work within the time estimated. I didn't have to do any clean up or dusting because they cleaned up after they completed the installations.

I called on a Sunday, not expecting to hear back until the work week. They had someone out that day to estimate the repair. Pictures and even a video were taken to show me the issue and a thorough explanation was given. They were back a few days later to be complete the work. Another thorough explanation, with pictures. I need a heavy rain day to ensure the fix is sound, but I anticipate it should be with as thorough as the explanation and pictures were.
