When the work was not done properly the 1st time. James had another crew come out and redo the work. No questions asked. He is outstanding, in my opinion, in every aspect of his job. He even spoke to me, while he was at a Pittsburgh Penguins hockey game. To answer my question!!! Totally unbelievable this day and age. I own another home. Which also needs work. I'm planning on calling P. J. Fitzpatrick for that work ,also. In closing, their prices can not be beat.
