We have a team that consists of fifteen different branches, including: Project managers; human resource officers; accounting and financial department; and experts within our vast fields of work. Eric did an excellent job of getting my window wall door open and diagnosed the problem. He replaced the dead bolt bolt being the cause of my problem. He went to Dubell's and obtained a replacement. All of this was done in an exceptional amount of time and left the premise with the door fully operational. In addition another door did not close properly and Eric fixed that also.
