They called me a day before my appointment to confirm my address and time. I told them I live in a row home and they said they would be out the next day. I get a call less than 30 mins before they are expected to arrive and they tell me my house is out of scope and won't be coming. They told me since I live in a town home they would have to do both neighbors roofs as well. Why they didn't know this when I schedule my original appointment? I was very upset and a waste of my one day off.
