Called for a proposal to replace a patio door. Agent on the phone would not schedule anything unless both spouses would be present. Sorry but that doesn't work for us and I told him that, but there was no flexibility. I know exactly what I want and there will be no opportunity for any scope expansion. It's just a door. Requested for a quote a week ago online and haven't gotten a call, text, or email from anyone...but sure do get junk mail from them!! Not bothering to follow up with them, they obviously don't want my money - a shame since they have great reviews.
