Hired PJ Fitzpatrick to clean my gutters and downspouts. They completely missed a downspout that was still clogged so I had to go up and clear it myself, completely missing the purpose of hiring them. After multiple calls there's still no resolution. After seeking a few quotes to replace our 20-year-old roof, we awarded our business to Steve, Dave, and the crew at Bay Roofing, and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. PJ Fitzpatrick has always done a great job on the service level. It’s a very expensive company though. However, the service technician who came out today was professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable.
