After making an appointment I waited a few days after for the estimator who never showed up. After calling in they tell me that they forgot to to put me in the schedule but the lady knew exactly what time and date the appointment was. I would not trust this company with my house at all.

It would be nice if their employees cared about the neighbors they live near as much as they do about the business. In our neighborhood truck 212 keeps parking overnight on our residential street, which in Philadelphia is illegal, taking valuable parking spaces, instead of parking on the cross streets legally. So far I have called twice and received promises that my complaint would be passed on to the proper person, but so far the truck continues to be parked here.
