We had a bathroom redone. Where to start. First, the salesperson overpromised and in some cases straight up lied about what would be done, the warranty execution should it be needed, and how any issues would be resolved. Our experience with PJ Fitzpatrick was excellent. From our initial in home visit with Tim, through installation and cleanup it was smooth sailing. Communication was always prompt and courteous. They came when they said they would and did the job as promised, all quicker than anticipated. While another company could have done the job for less money, I can't imagine I would have the same amount of confidence in the workmanship and warranty.

Another thoroughly satisfying experience with the PJ Fitzpatrick team. Beginning with my initial meeting with Riley from the job estimating staff to installation day when everything went exactly as promised, I couldn’t have been more pleased.
